The agreement
By using clearlionstudios.com or ordering from us, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding agreement. If you order for a business, you confirm you can act for it.
What we do
We take your answers, write back what we heard, build a website from tested parts, show you a private preview, and, once you approve and pay, publish it at its own address. What’s included in your order is the scope you approve; anything not in it isn’t included.
What we don’t promise
We don’t promise customers, sales, income or any business result. A website and a plan don’t create a legal company or give you licenses or permits. You’re responsible for running your business legally.
Your account
Keep your sign-in links and password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else got in.
Your content
You own what you give us: your words, your business details and your photos. You let us use them to build, host, show and support your website and order. You confirm you have the right to everything you give us.
Our tools
The templates, software and parts we use to build sites stay ours. You get the right to use your delivered website as long as it’s hosted with us and you follow these terms. Final ownership wording is still under review.
Prices and payment
You see the price before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t charge anything you haven’t approved, and nothing renews automatically today. See our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the service for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or that infringes someone else’s rights, and don’t try to break or overload it. We may take a site offline or close an account that breaks these rules. We’ll tell you why when we can.
Availability
We work to keep sites online, but the service is provided “as is” and may sometimes be down for maintenance or problems outside our control.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, ClearLion Studios isn’t liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the order involved.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. You can stop using the service any time. We may end service with notice, except where we must act right away (for example, illegal use).
